On April 3, the Suzhou Embodied Intelligent Robot Industry Ecosystem Conference and the Fifth Suzhou Robot Industry Development Conference were held. At the 5th Suzhou Robot Industry Development Conference, Lin Tao, vice president of Jiangsu Beiren, delivered a keynote speech on "Embodied Intelligence Reshaping the Application of Welding Robots", focusing on sharing the core technology and engineering applications of Jiangsu Beiren's intelligent welding robots. Based on the powerful reasoning and generalization capabilities of AI big models, Jiangsu Beiren's intelligent welding robot innovatively integrates AI big model technology, improves the intelligence level of complex weld positioning, intelligent process planning, motion path optimization, digital twin prediction and other functions, and realizes more efficient, more accurate and more reliable welding production.

Jiangsu Beiren's intelligent welding robot can be widely used in small-batch and multi-variety welding scenarios such as steel structures, elevators, and ships. At present, Jiangsu Beiren has reached a cooperation with a well-known domestic elevator company to provide the company with an elevator car bottom teaching-free welding workstation. The workstation is compatible with elevator car bottoms of various specifications, and the dual robots and dual stations operate stably and continuously for 24 hours, doubling the production efficiency, helping customers reduce costs, improve quality and increase efficiency.
