Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Notice on Key Industrial Technology Innovation Projects to be Arranged for Special Funds for the Construction of a Strong Manufacturing Province in Jiangsu Province in 2024". Jiangsu Beiren's "Core Technology Research and Development of Industrial Humanoid Welding Robots Based on AI Large Models" project was successfully selected into the "1650" industrial system collaborative research project, marking that Jiangsu Beiren's industrial humanoid welding robot research and development has made phased progress.

1650 Industrial System of Jiangsu Province refers to the 16 advanced manufacturing clusters and 50 key industrial chains that Jiangsu Province will focus on building during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. In 2023, Jiangsu Province issued the "Action Plan for Accelerating the Construction of a Strong Manufacturing Province", focusing on 16 advanced manufacturing clusters and 50 industrial chains, implementing eight major actions, focusing on improving the resilience and security level of the industrial chain and supply chain, and accelerating the construction of a strong manufacturing province with leading quality and efficiency and international competitiveness.

 

At present, humanoid robot technology is accelerating its evolution and has become a new highland for scientific and technological competition, a new track for future industries, and a new engine for economic development. It has great development potential and broad application prospects. Last year, the humanoid robot field ushered in the first national special policy-"Guiding Opinions on the Innovation and Development of Humanoid Robots", which regards "breaking through key technologies, cultivating key products, expanding scene applications, creating an industrial ecology, and strengthening support capabilities" as the key tasks for the development of the humanoid robot industry.

 

Jiangsu Beiren has followed the development trend and, relying on its deep accumulation in the field of intelligent manufacturing, launched the "Core Technology Research and Development of Industrial Humanoid Welding Robots Based on AI Large Models" project to meet the urgent needs of the industry.

 

Jiangsu Beiren's "Core Technology Research and Development of Industrial Humanoid Welding Robots Based on AI Big Model" project innovatively integrates AI big model technology into industrial humanoid welding robots based on the powerful reasoning and generalization capabilities of AI big models, improving the intelligence level of complex weld positioning, intelligent process planning, motion path optimization, digital twin prediction and other functions, and achieving more efficient, more accurate and more reliable welding production.
