At the beginning of the training camp, General Manager Zhu, President of Jiangsu Beiren, emphasized that organizational talents are Beiren's core assets and core competitiveness. Next, the "Future Stars" visited the Jiangsu Beiren Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park and learned about Beiren's development history, demonstration line technology and corporate culture. Through communication and personal experience, the "Future Stars" also deeply felt Beiren's persistent pursuit of "professionalism, innovation, dedication and responsibility", and also better understood Beiren's operation and management model.
